SulitBa.ph is run by Wessel Marx (Marxco), Cape Town, South Africa, who is the personal information controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Contact: admin@marxco.net.

The short version

You do not need an account. We set no cookies, show no ads and sell nothing about you. We do not know who you are.

What is processed when you visit

• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
• Visitor counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and pages without cookies and without identifying you.
• Product pictures. Most product pictures are loaded straight from the shop's own website, which receives your IP address when it sends them, as it would if you visited the shop.
• Fonts. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it sends them.
• Your own browser. The site keeps two small settings in your browser: the sort order you chose, and whether you have read today's fact. They never leave your device, and you can clear them at any time.

If you email us

We use your email address and message only to answer you and to fix what you report. We keep them only as long as needed for that, and we never share them or add you to a mailing list.

Prices and shops

The prices on this site are collected from shops' public product pages. They contain no personal information.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Email admin@marxco.net. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Changes

If this changes, for example when we start earning commission on some links, we update this page and its date.
